Last weekend, Economedes turned quite a few heads with a strong showing at the 10th Laredo Border Olympics.
The Lady Jaguars advanced to the second round of the Border Olympics and ousted Laredo United, one of the tournament favorites, in the semifinals. Economedes eventually claimed the runner up trophy after losing to Sharyland in the championship match.
